Annual HR Dialogue 2019
It was an enriching Saturday morning of 9th November at Skillville – Vidyalankar Education Group; we launched our Annual HR Dialogue 2019 with the topic of National Importance; a Panel Discussion on “Achieving $5 Trillion Indian Economy by 2024 – Role of Human Resources”
The event was graced by eminent HR Heads from diverse industries who shared their views and thoughts on the topic with HR Professionals, Academicians and Management Students.
We sincerely thank our esteemed Key Note Speaker Alka Tiwari, Event Panel Moderator Chitralekha Balachandran, Event Panel Members Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, Nivedita Kuruvilla, Manpreet Kaur, Sachin Kodolikar, Ashish Sharma for sharing their valuable time and expertise in the area related to the topic.
Guest Lecture Series
Series 1: Ethics in Business
On September 28, 2019; it was a great pleasure to welcome Mr. Virendra Gupte – Former Head, International Business at TATA International & Chief Ethics Counselor at TATA Group to share and impart knowledge on “Ethics in Business”.
Since students are entering in the Corporate World and one such quality of Corporate Professional is “ETHICS” and hence the seminar was truly an enriching session for our students to explore immense learning
Series 2: International business-benefits to Nations and benefits to firms
The Placement committee of Vidyalankar Skillville PGDM has organized a guest lecture on International Business. The program started with the welcome of the guest Mr. Mahendra Pal Arya – Deputy Vice-President, AXIS Bank Ltd.
Mr. Arya shared his valuable inputs with the students on ‘International business-benefits to Nations and benefits to firms
Series 3: Changing Dynamics in Retail space
Vidyalankar Skillville-PGDM organized a guest lecture on “Changing Dynamics in Retail space”, hosted by Social Media Committee, on 19th October 2019.
Mr. Amit Sharma – Vice President of Future Group shared his valuable thoughts on “Is online marketing impacting on offline marketing?
The Navratri Event
The Navratri Event was organised by the Cultural Committee on 5th October 2019, Saturday. Students were dressed in Traditional attire representing India’s diverse cultures.
A fashion show was conducted in which all the students participated with great enthusiasm. Students performed various talents in the talent round. The winners of Talent show were Aniket Garud and Neha Vishwakarma who won the title of King and Queen. Prizes were also given for the best attire (Male and Female).
The event ended with some Music, Garba and games. The event brought enthusiasm and confidence among the students
CSR Event
This year our PGDM students went to Gyandeep Signal Shaala at Thane and donated learning and teaching aids to Gyandeep students.
The PGDM students learned a valuable lesson which is giving back to the society by contributing in various ways.
Sport Day Event
The students actively participated in the badminton championship competition.
